Bridal Appointments are 90 minutes. All other appointments are 1 hour. If you need more time, we recommend booking another appointment on another day.

Smaller groups are recommended when shopping for bridal or grad dresses.

We encourage photos! Make sure you take a selfie!

It is recommended to book an appointment 1-2 weeks in advance.

We sell everything off the rack, so it is always a good idea to have your favourite dress written down and take some photos in it.

Please wear light make-up to help keep our gowns flawless.

You will be matched with a knowledgeable consultant who will assist in selecting gowns and accessories, as well as doing up the dresses for you and answering any questions.

Light-coloured underwear is best. You can bring along your favourite shapewear, if you'd like and you will not need to wear a bra when trying on the gowns.
