Appointments last 1 hour.  If you need more time, we recommend booking another appointment on another day.

Smaller groups are recommended when shopping for bridal or grad dresses.

We encourage photos! Make sure you take a selfie!

It is recommended to book an appointment 1-2 weeks in advance.

We sell everything off the rack, so it is always a good idea to have your favourite dress written down and take some photos in it.

We ask that you do not remove the dresses from the rack or attempt to do them up yourself.

To ensure our gowns maintain the most pristine appearance, we ask that clients come prepared to remove their outdoor footwear year round.

Please wear light make-up and no lipstick. This helps keep our dresses stain-free.

You will be matched with a sales representative who will assist in doing up the dresses and answer any questions.

It is best not to wear a bra with the dresses but for sanitary reasons please remember your underwear.
